TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Advanced Energy Interns for our Summer 2027 intern program out of our Asheville, NC Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2027 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Critical thinking and problem solving
Strong written and spoken communication - presentations to leaders will be part of the role
Adept with numbers and statistics, and good with detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail orientated person

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a big plus - Microsoft PowerBI in particular

Responsibilities

Market Research projects to identify and prioritize needs, goals, and pain points for our Advance Energy Team.
Select and develop initial software product requirements to address issues.
Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data present.
Will be supported by leaders, mentors and teammates.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary.
