About The Position

Use your knowledge of electrical engineering, processes and tools to help Honeywell-Intelligrated deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of material handling, warehouse automation and e-commerce fulfillment products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs. This position is located in Mason, OH. Requirements

  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes. (NEC, NFPA79, UL508A)
  • Willingness to travel as required. (10%)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
  • Work with suppliers on delivery and cost of electrical components.
  • Perform specification review.
  • Test plan development and execution.
  • Create product documentation and training material.
  • Plan, manage and execute project deliverables with little oversight.
  • Identify and communicate status and risks as appropriate to management.
  • Prepare and/or update reports and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems on new and existing products.
  • Identify areas for technical improvement.
  • Mentor others.
  • Refine or develop standards and procedures.
  • Understand customer operations and problems.
