Requirements

  • Experience with vulnerability management tools
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Technical support experience with scanning tools
  • Ability to set up, configure, schedule, and execute vulnerability scans
  • Collaboration skills with developers, managers, and business contacts
  • Research skills for new tools and processes
  • Experience managing daily scanning activities, schedules, and troubleshooting
  • Experience operating and maintaining scanning tools
  • Ability to create and maintain key performance indicators
  • Experience ensuring successful authentication on assets and applications

Responsibilities

  • Support the scanning of all network attached assets and applications
  • Managing various tickets within ServiceNow for customer requested scan jobs, reports and user access
  • Provide Technical support to VM scanning tools across the enterprise, which may include set up, configuring, scheduling and execution of vulnerability scans
  • Collaborate with developers, development managers, technology peers, and business contacts to identify security vulnerabilities
  • Research new strategic tools and processes to enhance and advance our vulnerability management program and scanning processes.
  • Manage day to day scanning activities, schedules and troubleshooting
  • Operate and maintain all scanning tools to ensure the service is operating effectively
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators for operational success that is reported to senior leadership
  • Ensure successful Authentication on all assets and applications scanned
