In this role, you will work remotely and report directly to our Cyber Security Director. Requirements
- Active Directory/IAM experience
Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations of our Privilege Identity (PI) applications.
- Monitoring the daily operations of our SIEM services that are part of the core Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.
- Handling end user escalations.
- Updating documentation.
- Reviewing processes and procedures to enhance the end user experience regarding PI and SIEM processes.
- Growing into strategic activities as we increase responsibilities and services globally for the IAM space.
