Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam.
• RN license with the state of Maryland.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Result management for the Urology department, serving as an integral part of the patient care team.
• Reviewing and monitoring patient test results.
• Assessing results within the appropriate clinical context.
• Responding to MyChart messages.
• Providing timely communication and education to patients.
• Patient communication and support.
• Provider support and care coordination.
• Managing a high-volume patient panel.
• Working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Clear, compassionate communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and communications.
