About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support enterprise application onboarding, business process analysis, and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including: Entitlements, Target Aggregations, Certification Campaigns
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience managing project resources.
• Knowledge of Change and Release Management.
• Experience supporting public sector projects or large ERP transformations, including Florida PALM.
• Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SCM)
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for IAM initiatives.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis and develop process models.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, provisioning policies, and attribute mapping requirements.
• Lead stakeholder discovery workshops and manage project expectations.
• Define access certification and compliance requirements for application integrations.
• Perform impact analysis and identify risks associated with new IAM implementations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog based on business value and compliance risk.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support documentation, change management, release management, and audit readiness activities.
