Requirements

2+ years of automotive service experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong commitment to safety procedures
Willingness to grow through continuous training
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs
Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

ASE certification (preferred)
Retail experience

Responsibilities

Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
Deliver efficient, safety‑focused customer service
Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries
Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations
Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards
Participate in on‑site and e‑learning training
Support marketing events and promotions
Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records
Assist with stocking and inventory management
Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance
Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top‑quality workmanship and satisfaction
