We are adding a mechanic with Advanced Qualifications to our team who can take ownership of complex repair orders and contribute to a high-performing service department. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys diagnosing challenging issues, working with evolving vehicle technology, and helping raise the skill level of those around them. As part of our dealership team, you’ll work in a stable, supportive environment that values both technical excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong understanding of engine, drivetrain, and electrical systems
- Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment
- Leadership capability within a team setting
- Valid driver’s license with clean record

- Manufacturer certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair advanced mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform major component repairs including engines and transmissions
- Diagnose and service hybrid and EV systems
- Complete warranty work following manufacturer policies
- Program vehicle modules and update software systems
- Assist and coach entry-level technicians when needed
- Communicate technical findings clearly and professionally
- Maintain efficiency while ensuring repair accuracy
