Advanced Analytics Manager
About The Position
The Advanced Analytics Manager solves complex business problems using advanced mathematical analysis, data modeling, and reporting. This role develops and implements analytics, business intelligence, and data solutions that improve profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency. This position works closely with business stakeholders and collaborates with Operations Research Analysts and Data Scientists to translate requirements into scalable analytics and optimization solutions. It also contributes to the development of operating methodologies and standards and supports business initiatives through data-driven insights and decision support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, operations research, data science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with experience applying advanced methods (e.g., statistical analysis, optimization, or machine learning).
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with large-scale data environments and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience deploying analytics solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement analytical models and solutions for moderately to highly complex business problems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment.
- Collaborate with business partners and product owners to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights.
- Contribute to analytics methodologies, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.
