About The Position

Mobius has an exciting position for an Advanced Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Mobius provides professional engineering and analysis expertise supporting various government agencies to solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. We are at the leading edge of technology supporting advanced missile defense system testing, engineering, and analysis. Working on the TEAMS-Next Test Support contract, the successful candidate would serve as a senior Advisory and Assistance Services contractor supporting the Strategic Planning and Integration (DTP) government team.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • MA/MS in a field pertinent to the above duties/requirements with 10 years of relevant experience
  • A BA/BS w/ 5 additional years of experience (15 years total) may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement
  • Active Top Secret required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other missile defense experts – military, government civilians, and contractors from Mobius and other companies
  • Manage planning, development, analysis and delivery of state-of-the art sensors, weapons, communications, and command/control systems.
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities across internal and external test requirements and stakeholder organizations
  • Maintain configuration management processes, including tracking, updating, and documenting change logs, revisions, and controlled documentation
  • Support the development, review, and refinement of test requirements, schedules, and supporting program documentation
  • Coordinate and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with internal and external stakeholders, government representatives, contractors, and mission partners
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between program offices, engineering teams, test organizations, and external agencies
  • Track action items, deliverables, milestones, and program updates to ensure timely completion of objectives
  • Assist with preparation of briefing materials, reports, meeting agendas, and executive-level presentations.
  • Support test event planning, readiness activities, and documentation reviews
  • Ensure compliance with applicable program standards, processes, and configuration management procedures
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing streamlined workflows and best practices
  • Capable of leading and executing analytical tasks and utilizing analytical techniques and processes to support complex developmental and operational test programs
  • Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems including test planning, integration, execution, and analysis.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
