Requirements

5+ years of experience with engineering on a DoW, National Security, or Aerospace program
2+ years of experience with DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes
Experience supporting or participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events
Ability to lead engineering teams or engineering projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Nice To Haves

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools, such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML, and MATLAB
Experience in a DoW aircraft or weapons system program acquisition office
Possession of strong organizational and documentation skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Science or Technology
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification

Responsibilities
