We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on supporting adults with mental health concerns in a structured outpatient setting. The Adult Therapist will provide therapeutic support through both Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
- Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum
Nice To Haves
- Experience facilitating group therapy in PHP, IOP, or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Experience working with adults experiencing mental health concerns
Responsibilities
- Facilitating PHP and IOP group therapy sessions for adult clients
- Providing individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
- Supporting adults experiencing mental health concerns and co-occurring conditions
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and referral sources
- Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
- Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned
