We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery. This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and healthy boundaries
• Ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and remain calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete DHS 83 training after hire

Nice To Haves

• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and positively engage with residents
• Document observations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with daily living needs, housekeeping, and meal prep
• Provide medication monitoring/administration per program guidelines
• Respond appropriately to crises or emergency situations
• Support residents in achieving treatment plan goals
• Facilitate educational groups and life‑skills activities
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold trauma‑informed, person‑centered care
• Contribute to a collaborative, mission‑driven team environment
