About The Position

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Total Joint Surgeon in Naperville/Plainfield, Illinois, to provide patient care while working with a collaborative care team to pursue innovative healthcare solutions. Physicians have access to a network of more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and ambulatory services including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy. The practice offers physician-directed, patient-centered care, with autonomy to adapt treatment to individual patient needs and an environment designed to prioritize evidence-based, high-quality, affordable outcomes. Physicians participate in governance and may be eligible to buy into the practice, gaining governance rights and voting privileges. The position includes a 36-patient-hour workweek and flexible scheduling. The anticipated base compensation is $425,000–$600,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, a sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus. Total target cash compensation may be $475,000–$650,000. The role also offers CME funds and potential shareholder-track equity eligibility, along with benefits and practice support resources.
