About The Position

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join their well-established practice in Northampton, Massachusetts. This role offers the benefits of a community-based practice combined with the resources and standards of an integrated Mass General Brigham system. The practice is part of Mass General Brigham Cooley Dickinson, which has served the Pioneer Valley for over 140 years. This position provides high-quality, patient-centered joint replacement care with access to systemwide expertise and a broad referral network. The surgeon will join a high-performing orthopedic service line with subspecialty depth and collaborate with a team of surgeons, a physiatrist, and Advanced Practice Providers in a state-of-the-art facility. The role includes a supportive general orthopedic call schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

Fellowship-Trained
Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered joint replacement care.
Practice shoulder-to-shoulder with a collaborative team of 6 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.
Share in a supportive general orthopedic call schedule (currently 1:6).
Grow practice with structured mentoring, peer collaboration, and professional development opportunities.
