Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in medication management.
• Experienced in therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient clinical work.
• Engage in both medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with mid-levels (optional).
