This is a full-time, hybrid role with 100% outpatient work, meaning no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. We offer generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus for full-time employees, a full benefits package, a collegial work environment, newly designed and modern offices, full administrative support, the latest in digital technology, and a strong work/life balance. The compensation range is $299k-$390k, based on a productivity model. LifeStance Health is growing and currently has locations open in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with more offices opening in 2027.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Utah
• BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered
• DEA license
• Must have completed a residency in the US or near completion
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
