Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Unencumbered DEA.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual is a plus, Spanish speaking!

- Provide medication management.
