At North Range Behavioral Health, our psychiatrists play a vital role in helping adults move toward recovery, stability, and a life of greater well-being. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll bring your expertise in psychiatry together with an understanding of the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape each person’s experience. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive psychiatric care—from evaluation and diagnosis to medication management and ongoing treatment—while developing person-centered plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and emotional challenges while partnering with clients, families, caregivers, staff, and community providers to support continuity of care. Beyond direct clinical care, you’ll serve as a trusted source of psychiatric consultation and education, helping strengthen the knowledge and capacity of those who support our clients. Your expertise will contribute not only to individual outcomes, but to North Range’s commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral health services throughout our community. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
