About The Position

Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in medication management for adult populations
- Experienced in therapy for adult populations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medication management for child and adolescent populations
- Experience in therapy for child and adolescent populations
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult patients.
- Collaborate with mid-levels (optional).
