EICAP is seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Protective Services Worker to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults, and implementing supportive and/or emergency services necessary to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm. This role serves older adults (age 60+) and individuals with disabilities across the six-county Planning and Service Area (PSA): Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Caribou, Franklin, and Power counties. The position is based in the Pocatello service area rather than EICAP's Idaho Falls main office, with regular in-person investigative work conducted throughout the communities served. To succeed in this role, you must be a team player who can conduct yourself in a professional and cooperative manner with clients, co-workers, and other agencies or organizations. You must also adhere to federal and state rules, regulations, and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, and participate in required professional development and training activities.
