About The Position

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an Adult Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Therapist to provide services to adults managing a range of mental health concerns. The clinician will provide individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial evaluations, facilitate an Intensive Outpatient Program, and develop treatment plans. The role is based at the 107 FPR Main Office in Saint Albans, Vermont. Hybrid remote work opportunities are available. The position offers a supportive team environment, built-in after-hours emergency coverage, and free supervision toward LADC licensure. The hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity, with final compensation determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• LADC.
• Experience treating a variety of diagnoses is identified as ideal.
