Liberty Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Adult Nurse Practitioner/Office Manager to join our internal Medicine healthcare practice in Holmdel, NJ. Requirements
- Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
- APRN certification required
- Nurse Practitioner experience 1 year minimum
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice To Haves
- Previous office management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Supervise and support office staff
- Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Promote a positive, patient-focused practice environment
