About The Position
This individual will be responsible for contacting and partnering with DHS, adhering to guidelines/policies, providing job search and placement assistance to SNAP recipients, receiving and tracking referrals of participants in the program, assisting in the assessment, employability plan development, coordinating with staff to provide participants with access to employment resources, identifying participants who fail to comply with program reports and referring those individuals to DHS, monitoring and generating reports documenting client participation hours, component involvement and job placement activity on a monthly basis, assuming lead responsibility for the completion of data entry of client participation into the database in a timely manner, and providing career exploration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Proficiency in MS Office
