Responsibilities include tracking participant compliance with court-ordered programs, attending court proceedings, and preparing detailed oral and written reports. The role requires performing scheduled and spontaneous site visits, observing drug tests, and communicating with service providers to assess participant progress. The position also involves tracking sanctions and incentives, documenting interactions in a case management system, maintaining case files, and advocating for participants by helping them access eligible services. Linkage functions include identifying needed services, making referrals, and assisting participants in accessing these services.
