About The Position

Boley Centers, Inc. is seeking an energetic and compassionate Group Leader to facilitate engaging, structured groups in a supportive day treatment setting for adults with mental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients build skills for more independent and fulfilling lives, with a consistent daytime schedule and no nights or weekends. The organization was established in 1970 and serves individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans, and youth in Pinellas County.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance and own transportation vehicle required
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience in mental health, substance use, or group facilitation preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
