Delivering Solutions that Matter: Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, eating, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence. Monitor and report changes in participants' physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing team; accurately document care provided according to Massachusetts regulations and facility policies. Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and other routine health observations as directed by the supervising nurse. Support safe transfers, ambulation, fall prevention, and infection control practices while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provide compassionate social support and engage participants in daily activities, encouraging participation while respecting individual care plans and cultural preferences

Requirements

• Current, active MA CNA Certification
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
