Mountain Home is seeking a full-time Adult, Child, & Family Outpatient Therapist to provide therapy to mothers and expecting mothers, children, and families. The ideal candidate has a thorough knowledge of trauma-informed care and maternal mental health and believes in a strengths-based approach with an understanding of the effects of trauma on children, adolescents, and adults. They remain calm in high-stress situations and can work without direct supervision. The position requires an advanced degree (MS, MA, Ph.D.) in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and at least two years of direct work experience in the social work field, along with either current licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Montana or the ability to pursue licensure as an LCSW or LCPC within 90 days of hire. Supervision for licensure is provided. Mountain Home is a fast-growing 501(c)3 nonprofit (public student loan forgiveness employer!) based in Missoula.
