About The Position
Our wonderful family is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist their 66-year-old mother in Euless, TX. Due to mobility limitations, she needs support with weekly household chores and tasks. This is primarily a companion/home aide role.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in adult care, home aide, or related field
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Ability to pass background check and social media screening
- Provide 2 professional care-related references
- Comfortable around friendly, family cat
- Experience supporting individuals with mobility challenges
Responsibilities
- Assist with household chores such as vacuuming, clients dishes, laundry, and taking out the trash
- Provide transportation to and from appointments or the pharmacy (~15 minute drive)
- Offer companionship and assistance as needed with daily tasks
- Light pet interaction (one friendly cat occasionally in the home; no care required unless comfortable)
