Provide Adults with developmental disabilities support and services as directed. This role involves following daily scheduled activities, promoting a clean and safe training environment, and demonstrating client learning through data. The aide will communicate client concerns to the ADT Supervisor, provide support for maximum program participation, and give feedback to ensure services are responsive to client needs. Flexibility in methods and hours is expected, as is projecting a positive image of the Association. The position requires efficient and safe performance of duties, accurate documentation, and assisting with the needs of total care clients. The aide will train clients in professional and socialization skills, oversee assembly/socialization activities, and maintain client confidentiality. Implementation of training programs developed by the ADT Supervisor and participation in in-service training are also key responsibilities. The role emphasizes a team approach and compliance with Association rules and regulations.
