This role involves providing direct support services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy focused on recovery, health and wellness promotion, and crisis management. The therapist will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for neurodivergent clients, monitoring their progress and completing all necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include coordinating care, facilitating utilization reviews, and completing other assigned tasks. A key aspect of this role is supporting neurodivergent clients by utilizing neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches, recognizing sensory sensitivities, and supporting individualized coping strategies. The therapist will promote client dignity, autonomy, and strength-based care.
