Greater Georgia Behavioral Health is launching Groundwork, a new Adolescent Afterschool Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) based in Fayetteville, GA. The program will serve adolescents ages 12 to 17 through individual, group, and family therapy, drawing on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including DBT-A, CBT, trauma-focused work, and family systems. As Groundwork prepares to launch, Greater Georgia Behavioral Health is looking for an Adolescent Primary Therapist to help build the clinical foundation of the program from the ground up. This full-time, in-person role is a strong fit for a clinician ready to carry an individual adolescent caseload, lead groups, and help shape a brand-new program from day one. Two positions are open, with a target start date ahead of program launch.
