Through our specialized programs, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. We are seeking a Full-Time Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale. This position provides individual and group therapy to adolescents participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Completion of a clinical internship or practicum.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing therapy to adolescents in an outpatient or intensive outpatient setting.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy with adolescents.
  • Experience treating adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions.
  • Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate therapeutic groups for adolescents receiving intensive outpatient mental health treatment.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
  • Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the treatment team.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and community providers as appropriate to support continuity of care.
  • Perform additional clinical duties as needed to support program operations.
