About The Position

As an Adobe Transformation – Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will focus on utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights
Developing complex data models and predictive analytics
Leveraging machine learning algorithms for business solutions
Excelling in client relationship management and communication
