About The Position

A Senior Adobe Target Developer designs, builds, and maintains personalization and digital experimentation solutions across enterprise web and mobile applications. The role brings together data analytics, frontend development, and marketing strategy. The position is listed in Miami, Florida, and is open to remote work.

Requirements

• Usually 5 to 8 or more years of frontend development experience, including at least 3–5 years specifically in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Elite proficiency in modern client-side JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with single-page application frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, while ensuring Target code does not interfere with application performance.
• Expert knowledge of the Target Web SDK (at.js) and Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – Adobe Target Developer certification, highly preferred for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy complex A/B tests, multivariate tests, and automated personalization campaigns across web, mobile applications, and server-side environments.
• Connect Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics for tracking and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform or Adobe Audience Manager for audience segmentation.
• Write advanced JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for flicker handling, dynamically modifying webpage elements, and manipulating custom data layers.
• Use Adobe Target Delivery, Admin, Profile, and Recommendations APIs to support non-browser or server-side personalization, including mobile applications and IoT screens.
• Manage data collection using tag management platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Launch/Data Collection SDKs.
