About The Position

Work closely with clients to understand customer business objectives, develop strategic plans, architect and deliver solutions that maximize marketing performance and customer engagement Experience leading Martech Agile teams and working as a bridge between Marketing business and technical teams

Requirements

  • Martech strategy and modernization.
  • Orchestrated and delivered high-valued marketing transformation projects
  • Adobe Ecosystem (AEP, AJO, Target, Campaign, Workfront), CDP E2E Campaign lifecycle, Migration of campaign platforms
  • 8 + yrs of experience in Marketing technologies
  • 4+ years across strategy, campaign platforms, architecture, operations, journey mapping, optimization, experimentation, customer data strategy and implementation
  • Lead assessments and cross-functional workshops
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for data integration, customer journey mapping, and personalization.
  • Run cross-functional workshops to prioritize business priorities, map to use cases and tech capabilities
  • 2+ yrs of experience in Adobe Experience platform
  • 1+ yr exp in Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • 2+ yrs exp in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform B2B or B2C
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target and Launch

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in AEM and analytics is an added advantage
