About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

AJO B2B, Marketo, Campaign, B2B Marketing experience is must
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

This role sits at the center of real-time customer journey orchestration, driving cross-channel campaign execution on top of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
The Technology Lead will act as the primary technical authority on AJO across delivery workstreams, client workshops, and alliance conversations, ensuring solutions are scalable, governed, and aligned to enterprise B2B and B2C marketing use cases
