About The Position

We are looking for a highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end implementations, take full ownership, and act as a strong single point of contact (SPOC). The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, proactive, and capable of leading from the front without dependency on external teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in AEP (not just advisory)
• Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, Data Streams
• Proven ability to drive implementation independently and deliver results
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments (Retail preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Execution-driven consultant who can lead from the front
• Demonstrated ability to own delivery end-to-end
• Proactive mindset with risk identification and mitigation capability
• Minimal dependency on external teams; strong self-sufficiency

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations across enterprise environments
• Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies
• Act as a self-reliant SPOC, driving execution without reliance on external support (ACS or others)
• Proactively identify risks and define clear mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence
