About The Position

This role involves operating point of sale computers accurately and efficiently, handling money with proficiency, and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will possess an assertive, confident, and friendly personality, be adept at handling guest concerns and directing them to the appropriate department, and maintain a positive attitude with a smile. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean work area, possessing knowledge of all park information (rules, rides, locations, procedures, etc.), and demonstrating a willingness and flexibility to learn multiple roles such as rental booth, bag checking, ticket scanning, tube bin, ticket booth, or guest services. Attendance at all staff meetings and required training is also necessary, along with performing any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 14 years or older.
• Able to communicate and receive direction.
• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs.
• Capable of bending/squatting occasionally.
