Admissions Team Member
About The Position
Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park. You’ll also greet and welcome guests and provide park information including pricing and promotions, complete ticket and season pass sales, upgrades and parking tolls transactions, handle complex sales with accuracy to maintain our high service standards, assist with accepting tickets from guests, verifying authenticity of each, and verifying guests’ eligibility to re-enter, and assist with other duties as required. Canada’s Wonderland is home to over 300 acres of world class rides and attractions for the entire family, including a 20 acre water park. Requirements
- Applicants that are minimum 15 years of age
- Candidates that are capable of bending and standing for long periods of time
- Individuals that have strong guest service and communication skills
- Previous retail sales and POS experience
- Availability that includes working on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays (5-hour shift approx.)
Responsibilities

- Complete ticket and season pass sales, upgrades and parking tolls transactions
- Handle complex sales with accuracy to maintain our high service standards
- Assist with accepting tickets from guests, verifying authenticity of each, and verifying guests’ eligibility to re-enter
- Assist with other duties as required
- Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories
- Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds
