About The Position

Keypath Education is seeking a people-focused Admissions Team Leader to guide and develop a team of approximately 10 Student Enrolment Advisors in a fast-paced, consultative environment. The primary focus of this role is to build strong, trusted relationships across the business and to coach, develop, and lead your team to achieve their full potential. This role requires someone who is genuinely curious and hungry to understand the role in depth, including individual team member strengths, challenges, backgrounds, and motivators, as well as the broader expectations of the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to shape the culture of success by fostering a supportive atmosphere where each team member thrives. As the Admissions Team Leader, you will not only drive individual and team success in achieving sales targets and KPIs but also lead by example, ensuring your team operates with a customer-first mentality and delivers exceptional service to prospective students. You will continuously provide individually catered coaching to your team, empowering advisors to confidently guide prospective students through their decision-making process. You’re comfortable navigating challenging conversations and bring experience in employee development and accountability, consistently applying policies and procedures while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. This role calls for a leader who is motivated to raise overall effectiveness and support both their own growth and their team’s long-term success. You will inspire your team to strive for excellence by cultivating a motivating, energetic, and results-oriented environment and leading by example with a positive attitude, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership position managing a team.
  • Demonstrated coaching experience, including creating strong operating rhythms.
  • Exposure to obtaining and managing sales Targets & KPIs.
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in a sales-oriented setting, displaying expertise in sales methodologies and tactics.
  • Adaptability - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience implementing initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
  • Experience using CRM, data analysis, and telephony systems daily to direct Advisor activities.
  • Highly developed computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
