About The Position
As a full-time Admissions Specialist, you will work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. No holidays or weekends required! This position qualifies for our full benefits package, including our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses! The Admissions Specialist is responsible for interviewing patients and completing admission process, ensuring hospital records are accurate and informing patients of hospital’s policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year in healthcare admissions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of medical office terminology
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills
Responsibilities
- Interviewing patients and completing admission process
- Ensuring hospital records are accurate
- Informing patients of hospital’s policies
