About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in helping future nurses and allied health professionals find their purpose and addressing the nursing shortage gap. The Admissions Representative will connect motivated individuals with life-changing training, guiding them from initial interest to enrollment. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on local healthcare by preparing the next generation of caregivers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
