Admissions Representative
About The Position
The Admissions Representative is responsible for providing accurate information to and determining the acceptability of individuals making application to the school based upon the admissions criteria established by the school as outlined in the school catalog. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and driven, and who finds purpose in helping students take courageous first steps toward a better future. In this position, you will be a guide, an advocate, and often the very first person who helps a student see a path forward. You will help students take steps toward financial stability, confidence, and meaningful careers. You will be part of a campus culture grounded in student success, respect, and service. You will make a real difference — one conversation, one student, one future at a time.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or higher-level educational credentials preferred.
- Sales experience not required, but preferred.
- Prior admissions, customer service, or outreach experience is helpful, but heart, drive, and mission matter most.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted guide for prospective students as they explore educational and career opportunities
- Create meaningful, supportive conversations that help students clarify their goals and overcome barriers
- Educate and empower students to make informed decisions about their future
- Support students through the enrollment process with integrity, transparency, and care
- Stay organized and focused while managing multiple student journeys with consistency and follow-through
- Collaborate with campus teams to ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and valued from day one
