About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team and support their Bay area campuses. This role is crucial in helping to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals. The Admissions Representative will connect motivated individuals with life-changing training, playing a direct role in getting them into programs that serve local communities. This position involves responding to inquiries, making outbound calls, conducting interviews, following up with prospects, and documenting activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience - inside sales
• Experience with cold calling - high volume inbound or outbound calls
• Proven track record of success in metrics driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
