Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or (LPN) license in North Carolina
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care and patient assessments
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Assist with all new admissions
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care planning
- Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate
- Mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
