Admissions Nurse
About The Position
As an Admissions Nurse, you are instrumental to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth and effortless. This position will also include responsibilities related to Staff Education and Infection Control. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony West Des Moines by providing support during the resident admissions process, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new resident’s rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- RN or LPN license
- One year of experience in an administrative role.
