About The Position
Circleville Post Acute is looking for an energetic and motivated Admissions/Marketing Director to help grow our facility while creating a welcoming experience for residents and families. Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral to move-in
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
- Promote the facility through community outreach and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth admissions and transitions
- Track referral activity and maintain communication with referral sources
- Represent Circleville Post Acute with professionalism, compassion, and positivity
