Paul Mitchell The School Clear Lake is seeking an Enrollment Leader to help people change their futures. As the first point of contact for prospective students, this role involves helping them discover a career they'll love and creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, celebrating successes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive team. No two days are the same, and every conversation has the potential to change someone's life.

Experience in admissions, sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, customer service, or marketing is a huge plus-but if you're coachable, motivated, and love helping people, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Connect with future students through calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person appointments.
Give exciting campus tours that showcase our culture and why students love Paul Mitchell.
Coach prospective students through every step of the enrollment journey.
Celebrate student milestones-from their first tour to their first day of class.
Attend community events, career fairs, high schools, and open houses to spread the word about Paul Mitchell.
Stay organized by managing student records and enrollment documentation.
Partner with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create an amazing student experience.
Learn, grow, and develop through leadership training and mentorship.
