Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) πŸŽ“
  • At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing roles 🏰🐷
  • Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members πŸ§‘β€πŸ«
  • Strong communication skills with a cheerful, positive leadership style πŸ’¬πŸ˜Š
  • A genuine passion for creating magical, playful experiences for young children and their families πŸ’•πŸ‘Ά
  • Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic office technology πŸ’»πŸ’³
  • The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment 🧠⚑
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons πŸ“†πŸŽ„

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry πŸŽŸοΈπŸ›Ÿ
  • Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift πŸ—‚οΈπŸ’¬
  • Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods ⏱️➑️
  • Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed 🌟
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations πŸ˜ŠπŸ› οΈ
  • Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards 🧼⚠️
  • Coach, motivate, and recognize team members to drive engagement and performance πŸŽ‰πŸ‘
  • Support training across safety procedures, food safety, retail standards, and profit protection πŸ“šπŸ›’
  • Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth guest experience πŸ”„πŸ€
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement when not acting as Supervisor on Duty πŸ“…πŸ“¦
